*No mobile app needed. The ticket will be accessible in a web browser through a link received upon your purchase.
You will need a device with access to the internet to show your ticket at the entrance. There is no free Wi-Fi at the venue.

*You will receive a link for stage application after your purchase. Please use it for stage program application.

*You may be charged with system fee and ticket issuing fee at the time of purchasing.

*There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased by one person, but you can only buy 2 tickets per purchase.

*The following are strictly forbidden: reselling/transferring the ticket for commercial purposes, reselling/transferring the ticket for a higher price than the original, reselling/transferring/exchanging the ticket at online auctions, SNS for multiple unspecified customers.

*No refunds will be accepted after the purchase, regardless of reasons, including natural disasters and traffic accidents.

*Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
