Organizer's Project

Many attractive programs by promoter that are advanced than last time are planned to ensure the satisfaction for all domestic and overseas visitors.

Anime + Stage(Open Stage) NEW: Open Stage shows a series of events and it’s free of charge! It features contents that have strong connection with anime. We are presenting the themes such as Game, music, radio, merchandize, festival, cosplay, and more.
We would like you to enjoy our unique stage events, featured only in AnimeJapan, dedicated to showcase great potential of Anime.

Open Theater powered by Newtype: By setting the theme as " Idol Anime " and " Robot Anime ", screening of masterpiece of daily set theme will be held. It is free opened theater that is fully cooperated by "Monthly Newtype" that will pass its 30th anniversary at 2015.

Experience Course of Creator: The workshop style course will be held with invited creators who are related to the theme of director, character design, script, art, and planning.
Precious seminar styled experience corner that can be advised directory from famous experts who are active in the front lines.

Production Works Street: In AnimeJapan 2015, processes until reaching anime to user will be introduced by valuable documents that were used in the actual production.
In this time, each process of making actual product such as scenario, continuity, design, and so on will be displayed by using “ Gundam Reconguista in G ” as a case study.

Cosplayer's World: Anime Official Situation that is reproduced popular anime's world view and a lot of cosplay's goods are prepared to provide the place that cosplayers can enjoy their cosplay.
Also, we made much larger changing room than the last year so the cosplayers can be more comfortable. You can also use the changing room a few hours in advance before the opening of the festival.

Charity Auction: AnimeJapan 2015 is holding a charity auction to support 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster recovery. We plan to display attractive items that are difficult to purchase elsewhere. Also, AnimeJapan 2015 is initiating a unique project that displays "The Right to Visit 2D World" & "The Right to Portrait Yourself."
* The gaining from this auction is to be donated to disaster-support organizations.

Riddle-Solving Event: Riddle-Solving Event that went over well last time will be improved such as themed story of " Spy Wanted!! Search the Confidential Information of Anime! " by Ms. Natsuko Takahashi (Scriptwriter) . Visitors can enjoy the main area circuit. For the brilliantly solved participant, "Special clear file that is limited for only AnimeJapan" will be given.

Seminar Stage: We are planning to establish the stages full of featured information such as collaboration projects with anime, licensing and anime industry, and anime business in overseas. These stages are dedicated to both business guests and regular guests.

Collaboration Showcase: This is a project to showcase collaborative works between anime and other industries.
Our main theme this time is “Anime x Traditional Craft.” We match up anime works and Japan’s traditional craft items to produce the complete products. They will be both on display and on sale. Also, there will be various sample works from the entire country, which will help you learn more about the future and how to carry out the collaboration business.

Anti-Piracy Countermeasure: The MAG (Manga-Anime Guardians) Project crosses beyond Manga publishers and Anime companies to consider the possible “brilliant future” of Manga and Anime.
At the center of the project are fans all over the world who enjoy Manga and Anime culture.
In other words, all of you.
Because of piracy, new talent isn’t being cultivated.
Through everyone enjoying content in its official form, creation is spurred and new works that stretch beyond imagination can be born.
