Due to the cancellation of AnimeJapan 2020 all purchased tickets are eligible for a refund. The refund process differs depending on the sales location. Please be sure to check the details of the ticketing company you purchased your tickets from.
Refund Period
March 6(Fri) 2020, 10:00 JST - March 31(Tue) 2020, 22:00 JST * Animate Online Sales, Seven Tickets until March 31(Tue) 23:59 JST * Animate Stores, Gamers Stores accept refunds only during shop open hours. * No matter the reason, refunds will not be accepted after the above period, so please be sure to finish your application until March 31.
<For customers who purchased the tickets outside of Japan> * The ticket fee will be automatically transferred back to the credit card you used during your purchase. You do not need to apply for the refund separately.
* The time of the transfer depends on your credit card company. Please check your credit card company for more details.
* The refund will cover the ticket face value and issuing fee.
* The system fee will not be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
