  3. To publicize information related to Japanese animation culture as well as the animation industry.
  4. To provide support in regards to Japanese animation culture as well as the animation industry.
  5. To investigate as well as conduct research related to Japanese animation culture as well as the animation industry.
  6. To interact and cooperate with ministries and enterprises, foreign and domestic, related to Japanese animation culture as well as the animation industry.
  7. To carry out each and every one of the projects mentioned as well as related projects.
