Cosplay Registration
Fee: \1,000 (tax included) *You can use Cosplay Dressing Room&Cloak.

*Cosplay changing room: Early morning hours / 7:00 - 9:00 (All attendees must leave by 9:00)

Precautions
If you are participating as a cosplayer, please follow the instructions below in order not to disturb
others.
- The event organizer will not take any responsibility for accidents/troubles.
- No mischievous/dangerous behaviors are allowed. If you will not follow the rule or staffs’ instructions,
you may be asked to leave.
- Certain items and actions may be restricted depending on situations during the festival.
- Be advised that you may be stopped by staff’s discretion.
Regarding Cosplay and Arrival

When conducting cosplay, in addition to the “AnimeJapan Admission Ticket,” it is necessary to have a
Cosplay Registration (the registration fee is 1,000 yen/day (including tax)).
* Cosplay Registration will be conducted at the Cosplay Reception (in front of the dressing room)
* It is possible to use the dressing room repeatedly on the day of the festival.
* When the Cosplay Registration Certificate is lost, it must be purchased again. - It is not possible to arrive at the venue, leave the venue, or return home while cosplaying.
- When leaving the East Exhibition Hall, you must change out of your cosplay.
Regarding the Changing of Clothes

When changing clothes, please use the dressing room provided within the venue.
* Changing clothes or putting on makeup in a neighboring facility, within the venue, in the bathrooms, etc., is prohibited. -
The times when it will be possible to use the dressing room will be from 10:00 to 17:00. (Final
reception is 16:30.)
* It is not possible to leave luggage in the dressing room. Please use the cloakroom for luggage.
* Photography is prohibited in the dressing room, regardless of whether with a camera, mobile phone, or smartphone. Also, please leave the lens cap on in the dressing room.
* Items that are volatile or those with a strong odor are prohibited within the dressing room such as hair spray or nail polish.
Regarding Luggage

We have prepared a cloakroom. Cosplay Registration (a fee will be applicable) is necessary in order to
use it.
* On the day of the festival, it is possible to leave and remove luggage repeatedly.
* However, the cloakroom space is limited. Since there are cases where luggage cannot be taken for safekeeping, we kindly ask for your understanding. - The times when it will be possible to use the cloakroom will be from 10:00 to 16:30.
- No responsibility will be borne for the loss, theft, or damage of luggage. Please carry valuables on your person and manage them yourself.
- The cloakroom may only be used by those participating in cosplay.
Regarding the Bringing of Prohibited Items
- For items that are imitation weapons, only those that do not violate the Swords and Firearms Control Law may be used.
- For weapons etc., please place them in a satchel or bag while in motion and carry them so that they do not inconvenience those who are around.
- For long items or large sculpted objects, keep them disassembled while in motion and carry them so that they do not cause inconvenience to those who are around.
- Bringing items with a sharp tip or air guns that can be fired is prohibited.
- Bringing items that may injure or dirty other people in the venue is prohibited.
- Bringing inflammable items is prohibited.
- Within the venue, behavior such as the waving or throwing of bats, rackets, balls, etc., is prohibited.
- Bringing items that may break and scatter, such as glass products or pottery, is prohibited.
- Bringing items that infringe on Article 175 of the Penal Code or the Child Pornography Law is prohibited.
- If an item is otherwise judged by the staff on the day to be a danger or inconvenience, there are cases where such items will be kept in custody.
Regarding Clothing
- The uniforms of public figures who have official authority, such as current police officers, members of the Self-Defense forces, firefighters, etc., may not be worn.

Highly revealing costumes or those that will make a third party uncomfortable may not be worn.
When worn, there are cases where you will be asked to leave.
In such a case, the registration fee will not be refunded. - Clothing that restricts the field of vision (face coverings, masks, eye patches, etc.,) and clothing that makes movement difficult (large papier-mâché costumes, cartoon-character costumes, trailing hemlines, large ornaments, etc.) may not be worn outside of the cosplay area.
- When otherwise judged by the staff on the day to be inappropriate, the wearing of such clothing will be refused.
Regarding Photographs

Please take photographs in the designated areas (in the indoor/outdoor cosplay areas).
Photography is prohibited in the East Hall Galleria (first floor, second floor) and inside the restaurant. - Take photographs after having received the permission of the other person.

Please refrain from photography that is an inconvenience for those around or with extreme poses that
corrupt public morals.
Also, please do not force the subject to pose. - Bringing photographic equipment such as a large stroboscope, lights, etc., that use a stand and other equipment is prohibited.
- Photographs taken within the venue may not be for commercial use.
