Usage Fee: 500 JPY (tax included)
* We will give you "cosplay registration certificate" when you register for cosplay. Please put it on place which staff can find easily.
* Registrants can access to the dressing room as many times as they like in the day.
* You need registration certificate to use the dressing room and cosplay area, please try not to lose it.

・Cloakroom
Open Time: 9:00 a.m. ～4:30 p.m.
Usage Fee: 500 JPY (tax included)
* Only people taking part in cosplay is allowed to use the cloakroom, person who doesn't have registration certificate can not use.
* Please pay the usage fee at cloak reception. We will give you the token.
* You can remove your package as many times as needed.
* Please try not to lose the token.

・Cosplay Area (outside): 10:00 a.m.～4:00 p.m.
* When there are too many people in the dressing room and/or the cosplay area, we may ask you to wait for a while.

Popular Animations Backboards (Official)

Popular animation scenes and settings where you would like to take a picture with are reproduced in the venue.
The scenes/settings are selected based on the questionnaire held in advance.
You can take your special photo surrounded by the world of animation.
* Not only cosplayers but also other customers can take a photo.
* Details are announced later.

About Cosplayer Rules

Cosplayers are required to keep the following Cosplayer Rules not to cause any inconvenience to others.

* Note the organizer assumes no responsibility for any accident/trouble
* Any act unsafe or disturbing others is prohibited. Cosplayers who do not follow the rules or instructions by the staff
  may be asked to leave the venue.
* The organizer may restrict some cosplay items or acts depending on the conditions of the day.

Rules of costume and items, taking photo and other may change.

Cosplay-Permitted Areas

・Cosplayers are not allowed to wear their costumes on their way to the site or home.
・Cosplayers are allowed to wear their costumes in the hallway and restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floor in the East Hall,
  however, any photography is prohibited out of the designated Cosplay Areas.
* Cospalyers must be out of their costumes when getting out of the East Hall.

Change of Clothes

・Use the dressing room to change into your costume.
* Refrain from changing into costumes or applying makeup in the restrooms in or near the venue.
・Register at the reception in front of the dressing room (registration fee:500 yen per day). Note Admission ticket is required
  to enter the venue.
* We will give you "cosplay registration certificate" when you register for cosplay. Please put it on place which staff can find easily.
* Registrants can access to the dressing room as many times as they like in the day.
* You need registration certificate to use the dressing room and cosplay area, please try not to lose it.
* Cosplayers are not allowed to wear their costumes on their way to the site or home, and changing clothes other than
  in dressing room.
* Registrants who lost the registration certificate are required to register again.
・The dressing room is open from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
  (Last admission is 4:30 p.m., please finish changing clothes and exit the venue until 5:00 p.m.)
* Do not leave your belongings in the dressing room. Please use the cloakroom.
* If organizer find leaving baggage, they will remove it.
・Please give place to others in the dressing room.
・It is not allowed to eat foods and take a rest in dressing room.
・Dressing room is a place to changing clothes, please exit when you finish to change the clothes.
・Refrain from using any equipment that have shooting feature including mobile phone.
・Refrain from using any volatile or strong fragrant beauty product such as hair lacquer and nail polish in the dressing room.
・Refrain from using consents of the venue.

Cloakroom

・Cosplayers can use the cloakroom prepared only for them. Please purchase the token at the cloakroom (500 yen per day)
  and check your baggage.
  Users can access to the cloakroom as many times as they like during the day.

* The cloakroom is available only to cosplayers, so we can't keep a baggage from people who don't take part in cosplay.
* Please keep valuables in your possession. We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
* Please try not to lose the token.
・The cloakroom is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
・Note the organizer assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged. Please keep valuables in your possession.

Prohibited Items

・Only imitation weaponry not against the Swords and Firearms Control Law can be brought into the venue.
・No airgun or sharps.
・No items which may injure people or damage the facility/equipment in the venue.
・No volatile and dangerous chemicals.
・No glasses and crockeries which have a projection hazard at the time of breakage.
・No item which may infringe Article 175 of the Criminal Law or Act on Child Pornography.
・Note we may confiscate items judged dangerous or inconvenient to others on the day.
・Having items and weapons are allowed only inside of cosplay area.
・Weapon outside the venue not to cause any inconvenience to others.
・Keep any imitation weaponry in the bag outside the venue not to cause any inconvenience to others.
・Disassemble too long or too big items outside the venue not to cause any inconvenience to others.

Costumes

・No current uniforms of public officials with authority, including police, self-defense official and fire fighters.
・No costumes too skimpy or others may feel uncomfortable.
・Large-sized paper dolls/staffed animals or the like are permitted only in the Cosplay Areas in and outside the venue.
・Remove the mask or eye patch covering eye sight or hold the costume too long or too big
  (such as a dress with a long train or huge decorative trims) when moving around in the venue.
・Make sure not to disturb others in the venue. Any deed that may disturb other visitors is strictly prohibited.
・Note we may ask cosplayers wearing costumes judged inappropriate to leave the venue or change the costume.

Photography

・Photography is permitted only in the predetermined areas
  (Cosplayer Areas in and outside the venue and photo session spots within each company booth).
・Get permission from each cosplayer before taking his/her picture.
・Refrain from taking pictures in a manner which may disturb others or be against public morals.
・No large strobe or light with a stand
・Please refrain shooting that is a burden on cosplayer.
・Please refrain shooting an obstruction to traffic.
・Please use animations backboards and shooting space to concede to each other.

Media Coverage

・Press people covering AnimeJapan are expected on the day, Confirm their Press ID and respond to them on your own responsibility
  if interviewed or asked for photography.
